Aijieke
The ''ghijek'' (, , or occasionally ), pronounced ''aijieke'' (艾捷克) or ''jizihake'' (吉孜哈克) in Chinese, is a traditional Chinese four-stringed bowed spike fiddle. It is used primarily in Xinjiang province of western China, and is notably similar to the ''kamancheh''. Although it is primarily played by Uyghur people some Han people have also learned to play it. One of Xinjiang's most prominent ''ghijek'' players is Akram Omar (艾克热木·吾买尔 / ئەكرەم ئۆمەر), from Kashgar.(video ) == See also ==
