Angel-in-us Coffee is a coffeehouse chain based in South Korea and owned by the Lotte group. ==About== Established in 2006, the name implies that coffee is God’s gift delivered by angels. The cafe is thematically ethereal with the cherubic symbol engraved in all the furniture and cutlery. The coffee shop uses the 'Pure Roasting System,' which means that the inside and outside of the coffee beans are roasted equally so the coffee has a rich flavor and fresh taste. ==Expansion== Angel-in-us coffee, which is operated by Lotte using its 30 years of franchise expertise, is steadily expanding its market share in Asia. It first opened a shop in China in 2008 and currently runs nine shops in China, four in Vietnam and three in Indonesia. Also, as of 2012, the chain has over 600 retail stores in South Korea.
