In Greek mythology, the name Apheidas (; ) may refer to:
*Son of Arcas by either Erato, Leaneira, Meganeira (daughter of Croco) or the nymph Chrysopeleia, brother of Elatus, Azan and others. After his father's death he became king of Tegea.
