Ariselu
Ariselu ((テルグ語:అరిసెలు)) or Arisa ((オリヤー語:ଆରିସା)) is a sweet from Coastal Andhra in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. ''Arisa'' or ''Arisalu'' is a Telugu word which means rice. It is also called ''kajjaaya'' in Kannada. A similar sweet in Tamil Nadu called adhirasam is prepared for pujas. it will make with ghee. It is a traditional dish and is prepared during festivals like Sankranti, etc.〔(Ariselu Recipe )〕 ==Ingredients== It is made from rice flour, ghee and jaggery or ''Bellamu'' in Telugu. Jaggery may be replaced with granulated sugar.
