Atmasfera

AtmAsfera is a Ukrainian world music band, favourite and expected guest at a lot of European festivals.
Their title contains two words in Sanskrit: “atma” which means “personality” and “sfera” is something that surrounds it. In general the name describes something that surrounds the personality, its external and internal world, as well as feelings. So, the Sanskrit: Atmasfera is the etymological root of the English word: atmosphere.
Their styles are world and contemporary music (''Integro'' album), combines the classical forms with jazz improvisation, experiments with folk and ethnic motives of the world (''Forgotten World'' album). The creative path of AtmAsfera had started form art-rock style (''To find'' album). The modern west tendencies are organically added by ancient east motives and enriched by unique Ukrainian colouring.
Atmasfera is distinguished by saturation and originality of their vocals: They have three vocalists.
