At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 21,395 people living in 3908 individual households. It is bordered with India towards East and South. The total population is 22897 according to 2001 census. == History == Bahundangi, the name is believed to be founded by a Brahmin man who was a very kind hearted and selfless.
