Budipine is an antiparkinson agent. While its exact mechanism of action is not well characterized,〔 it is believed to be an NMDA receptor antagonist,〔J. Kornhuber, B. Herr, J. Thome, P. Riederer. "The antiparkinsonian drug budipine binds to NMDA and sigma receptors in postmortem human brain tissue". J.Neural Transm.Suppl. 46:127-133, 1995. PMID 8821048〕 but also promoting the synthesis of dopamine.〔 Because it provides additional benefits relative to existing treatments, it probably does not precisely mimic the mechanism of an existing known treatment. ==See also== * AD-1211 * Delucemine * Diphenidine * Ephenidine * Fluorolintane * Lanicemine * Methoxphenidine (MXP) * MT-45 * Remacemide 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Budipine」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
