CBUF-FM

CBUF-FM is a Canadian radio station, which broadcasts the programming of Radio-Canada's Ici Radio-Canada Première network throughout the province of British Columbia. The station broadcasts at 97.7 FM in Vancouver.
The station was first launched in 1967 as the first Radio-Canada station west of Ontario. It broadcasts from the CBC Regional Broadcast Centre on Hamilton Street in Downtown Vancouver, while its transmitter is located atop Mount Seymour.
CBUF also serves as the Première outlet for the Yukon Territory, by way of a locally-owned repeater in Yellowknife.
==Programming==
The station's current local programs are ''Phare Ouest'', in the mornings from 6:00 a.m. to 9 a.m., ''Midi Express'' from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. and ''Boulevard du Pacifique'' in the afternoons, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Saturday morning program, ''Les samedis du monde'', originates from CKSB-10-FM Winnipeg is heard tape delayed from 7:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. On holidays, its local programs are replaced with special pan-regional programming from CKSB-10-FM: ''Les matins de l'Ouest'', ''Les midis de l'Ouest'' and ''Sors de la boîte'', all taped delayed from earlier.
