CHIP-FM
CHIP-FM is a bilingual community radio station that operates at 101.7 FM in Fort-Coulonge, Quebec. The station serves Pontiac County in Quebec and Renfrew County in Ontario. The station was launched in 1981 at 101.5 FM; it moved to its current frequency at 101.7 FM in 1993.〔(Decision CRTC 93-14 )〕〔(Decision CRTC 94-51 )〕 CHIP-FM is owned by La Radio du Pontiac Inc. ==Change of frequencies applications== On April 10, 2015 it was announced that La Radio du Pontiac Inc., the owners of CHIP-FM in Fort-Coulonge, Quebec had submitted an application to the CRTC to change CHIP-FM's frequency from 101.7 MHz to 101.9 MHz.〔(2015-0312-8 ), Frequency change for CHIP-FM Fort-Coulonge, ''CRTC'', April 10, 2015〕 On the same date, Torres Media Ottawa Inc., the owners of CIDG-FM, had also submitted an application to change CIDG-FM's frequency from 101.9 MHz to 101.7 MHz.〔(2015-0266-7 ), Frequency change and technical amendment - contours for CIDG-FM Ottawa, ''CRTC'', April 10, 2015〕
