Cantoira is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about northwest of Turin. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 552 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 Cantoira borders the following municipalities: Locana, Chialamberto, Monastero di Lanzo, and Ceres.
