Cerre is named after Flavie Webster’s grandmother’s surname. In 2011, Cerre opened its Melrose Avenue flagship store. The 1,600 square foot West Hollywood store, designed by Clayton Webster, also serves as the brand’s atelier. 〔 ''Women's Wear Daily'' (December 29, 2011). Medina, Marcy. "Cerre Opens Calif. In 2012, the designers teamed up with Summerville again to design custom pieces for the upcoming film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.〔(Cerre fall-winter 2013: the most impressive collection to date - latimes.com )〕 In 2012, Cerre was the recipient of the Moss Adams Fashion Innovator Award.〔(Cerre honored with Moss Adams Fashion Innovator Award - Los Angeles Times )〕 == References ==
