Ch'aqu (Quechua for a fine, whitish, edible and medicinal kind of clay,〔Diccionario Quechua - Español - Quechua, Academía Mayor de la Lengua Quechua, Gobierno Regional Cusco, Cusco 2005 (Quechua_Spanish dictionary) (5-vowel-system)〕 hispanicized spelling ''Chajo'') is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about high. It is located in the Cusco Region, Quispicanchi Province, Cusipata District. It lies northeast of Hatun Ch'aqu and Yanaqaqa ("black rock", ''Yanajaja'') and northwest of Yuraq Q'asa.
