Auctionrover.com was acquired by GoTo.com, becoming GoTo Auctions. ChannelAdvisor filed for initial public offering on April 11, 2013 and went public on May 23, 2013. ChannelAdvisor hosts an annual e-commerce industry conference called Catalyst, in both the U.S. and Europe.
