Chiusdino is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Siena in the Italian region Tuscany, located about south of Florence and about southwest of Siena. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,944 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Chiusdino contains the ''frazione'' (subdivision) Ciciano.
