Clearvision is a software development company with headquarters located in Southampton, UK, and offices in the UK, Ireland and USA. Clearvision offers licensing, consulting, training, support, and development and branding services for Atlassian and Open Source tools. Clearvision also began developing its own plugins and solutions alongside its consultancy services. In 2007, Clearvision formed a partnership with Atlassian, a Sydney-based software company. The company also began to work with Open Source DVCS software solutions such as Git, Subversion and Mercurial. By 2007, Clearvision had launched its own browser-based Application Lifecycle Management tool, ''AgileSCM.'' This has since been retired, but its permission control and repository management features formed the basis of ''Spectrum'', a PaaS solution. Version 1.0 of ''Spectrum'' was released in 2014.
