He began to create advertising for three clients: J.R. Clark Co., Lyle Sign Co., and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). In 1936, Kirk McVoy joined the company and brought with him a few more clients (most notably Weyerhaeuser Co). The growth experienced during the next three decades led to incorporation. In 1959, the Alfred Colle Co. became Colle & McVoy, Inc., an agency entirely owned by its employees. Clients included Electric Machinery Manufacturing, Hilex, Old Dutch, McGarvey Coffee Co., Alumacraft, TCF, Polaris and others.〔 In 1970, Colle & McVoy moved from downtown Minneapolis to the suburb of Richfield. It was then that Colle & McVoy landed Northrup King & Co. as a client and transformed from a local business to a national agency. Alfred and Kirk were no longer in the picture when Colle & McVoy outgrew its quarters several times through mergers, acquisitions and new business. New clients included GE Capital, IBM Corporation, Kellogg's and 3M.〔 In 1999, Colle & McVoy was acquired by the advertising holding company MDC Partners.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.mdc-partners.com/#agencies/collemcvoy )〕 Seven years later, the agency returned to its downtown Minneapolis roots and moved into the Wyman Building in the Warehouse District, its current location. Since then, the agency has replaced the ampersand (&) with a plus sign (+) in its name and logo, diversified its client roster and experienced year-over-year growth.〔 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Colle+McVoy」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
