Constellium
Constellium is a global producer of aluminium semi-products with headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It has a board of ten directors and maintain a one-tier board of directors consisting of both executive directors and non-executive directors (each a “director”). Under Dutch law, the board of directors is responsible for the policy and day-to-day management. Constellium manufactures aluminium rolled products and extruded products based on a large variety of advanced alloys. It has customers in different industries, including mainly aerospace, automotive and packaging sectors.
