Crescentino is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Vercelli in the Italian region Piedmont, located about northeast of Turin and about southwest of Vercelli. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 7,843 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Crescentino contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Campagna, Cerrone, Monte, San Grisante, San Silvestro, San Genuario, Caravini, Porzioni, Santa Maria, Mezzi Po, Galli, Cascinotti, and Lignola.
