''Crocodylidpoxvirus'' is a genus of viruses, in the family Poxviridae, in the subfamily Chordopoxvirinae. Crocodiles serve as natural hosts. There is currently only one species in this genus: the type species ''Nile crocodilepox virus''. Diseases associated with this genus include: nodular skin lesions in young animals.
