Crossocheilus
''Crossocheilus'' is a genus of fish in the family Cyprinidae. It is distributed in Asia, including China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.〔Su, R.-F., Yang, J.-X. & Chen, Y.-R. A fish of this genus has a large rostral cap on its snout with a fringe of tassel-like fissures covering the upper jaw, a mouth in an inferior position on the snout, and one or two pairs of barbels.〔
