CyraCom International, Inc., is a diversified language services company founded in 1995 that provides Over-the-Phone Interpretation, Video Remote Interpretation, On-Site Interpretation, and Translation and Localization to over 3,000 clients. It has headquarters in Tucson, Arizona, and its interpreter call centers are in Tucson, Arizona; Phoenix, Arizona; Las Cruces, New Mexico; Houston, Texas; Queens, New York; and Tampa, Florida. The company employs over 2,000 people.

The company operates through CyraCom, which services healthcare markets, and Voiance, which services business and government. CyraCom International is the second largest supplier of telephone interpretation in the world, and was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in the U.S. in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
==History==

Kevin J. Carey and Mark Myers founded CyraCom International in 1995 under the name Kevmark after they patented the first dual-handset phone. In 1998, Kevmark changed its name to CyraCom International.
By 2003, Over-the-Phone Interpretation services for healthcare became the company's focus. In 2004, CyraCom was listed on the InfoWorld 100 for innovative technology developments in multiple language voice recognition. In a 2008 outsourcing survey by Modern healthcare, CyraCom was ranked No. 4 on the list of Top 20 Outsourcing Firms, 2007.〔(Modern Healthcare "Top 20 Outsourcing Firms, 2007" 2008 Outsourcing Survey )〕 In that same year, CyraCom was ranked the 4th largest telephone interpreting company in the world.
In 2008, Jeremy Woan became the CEO and Chairman of CyraCom International. The company created a subsidiary, Voiance, to meet the needs of an expanding market for the government and business sectors. In 2009, the Company opened its Tucson Contact Center.
Also in 2009, the American Hospital Association awarded exclusive endorsement to CyraCom for its translation and interpretation solutions. Later in 2009, CyraCom and its sister company Voiance became the first over-the-phone interpretation companies in the U.S. to achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification,〔(Voiance FAQ )〕 and CyraCom was ranked the world's 2nd largest telephone interpretation company by Common Sense Advisory.〔 CyraCom announced the acquisition of Language Learning Enterprises, Inc.
