The station's studio is located at Camerolo Ave., Bacolod City. ==History== It was in year 1956 when Negros Island was heard on the radio. Owned and managed by Sammy Palanca, the first radio broadcasting station in the province was built under the Visayan Broadcasting Network. However, in 1963, Sampaguita Broadcasting System took over the station headed by a business tycoon named Ricardo Lopez-Tan. The station then was known as DYRL taking the first two initials of its founder.
