''Tteoguji daenggi'', ''maegae daenggi'', ''doturak daenggi'', and ''deurim daenggi'' are used for ceremonial purpose. While ''jebiburi daenggi'', ''doturank daenggi'', ''jjok daenggi'', and ''malttuk daenggi''.
