翻訳と辞書　辞書検索 [ 開発暫定版 ] スポンサード リンク Detwoc ： ウィキペディア英語版 Detwoc Detwoc is a Shilluk village located on the western bank of the Nile river, ten miles from the town of Kodok (itself approximately two hours by boat north from the city of Malakal, in Upper Nile province in South Sudan. The Catholic Church established a mission station there in 1923, its third in the region after Lul and Tonga. A fourth mission was subsequently established in Yoynyang. Thse missions were originally managed by the Italian Verona Fathers, a Catholic Missionary Order established by Daniel Comboni. The mission was subsequently taken over the Mill Hill fathers immediately prior to World War II. The mission station was fairly typical of such missions, including a school, health center and church.
