Dichozoma
''Dichozoma'' is a genus of moths of the Crambidae family. It contains only one species, ''Dichozoma parvipicta'', which is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Arizona, California, Utah〔(mothphotographersgroup )〕 and Texas. The length of the forewings is 4.5-6 mm.〔(Bug Guide )〕 The forewings are pale yellow, crossed by two parallel bands of pinkish-purple. The costa is also pinkish-purple up to the first line. There is a large pinkish-purple discal spot.〔(Barnes & McDunnough, 1918. Contributions to the Natural History of the Lepidoptera of North America 4(2): 161 )〕 The hindwings are white in males and shaded with pinkish terminally in females. Adults have been recorded on wing from March to May and from July to September. ==References==
