The French research association "Réseau Dirisoft" explores the functionality of airships for transporting heavy loads. It was founded 23 March 2007 at the École Normale Supérieure de Cachan in Paris, with support from the Directorate for Research and Innovation MEEDAT (the Ministry for ecology, energy, sustainable development and spatial planning). The study and the structure of the network Réseau Dirisoft develops according to market research.
