Divyaalakshmi (born 26 January 1985 in Dehradun, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand) is an Indian Television Actress, Dancer, Writer and a Social activist. She portrayed the role of Rani Sajjabai Solankini, second wife of Rana Uday Singh on Sony TV's ''Bharat Ka Veer Putra-Maharana Pratap.'' ==Early life== Divyaalakshmi was born in a Punjabi Khatri family on 26th January 1985 in Dehradun. She has an elder Brother Anmol, who is a Colonel in the Indian Army. Her Father was born in Pakistan before Independence and her Mother Chandrika hails from Calcutta. She did her schooling from the prestigious St. Joseph's Academy, Dehradun. She holds a dual Master's Degree in Economics and Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Law. She is an Active member of 'The Art of Living Foundation'. She has been associated with numerous seva projects and social causes. She has given many stress management courses to the underprivileged kids in municipality schools and rural areas. She also preach and work for old aged people. Divyaalakshmi is trained in Tribal belly dance ,contemporary dance,Tribal Odissi classical dance and Hindustani classical singing. She started performing on stage at the age of 2.
