Dovga
Dovga ((アゼルバイジャン語:Dovğа)) is a national meal of Azerbaijani cuisine. It is a yoghurt soup cooked with a variety of herbs (coriander, dill, and others), rice and (sometimes) chickpeas. It is often served warm in winter or refreshingly cold in summer. ==Ingredients== Makes 4 portions * 1 liter yogurt * 1 tablespoon flour * 2 tablespoons rice * 1 egg * A bunch of spinach * A bunch of dill * A bunch of coriander * A bunch of mint
