Dwellable
Dwellable is a mobile app and site for people to rent vacation lodging. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Dwellable has over 300,000 vacation rental listings around the world. The company is privately owned and operated.
==History==
Dwellable was started by Adam Doppelt in reaction to a Hawaiian vacation rental experience that was, according to Doppelt, “Not exactly the dream vacation we were paying for.” With a background on the information and recommendation side of mobile apps and websites from Urbanspoon, he created Dwellable as a tool to search, reserve, and review vacation rentals. Dwellable is co-founded by software developer Nathan Kriege and CEO Kirby Winfield.
Dwellable was released on iOS on March 15, 2012 and Android on September 20, 2012.
