ENFJ (extraversion, intuition, feeling, judgement) is an abbreviation used in the publications of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to refer to one of sixteen personality types.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Myers-Briggs Foundation: The 16 MBTI Types )〕 The MBTI assessment was developed from the work of prominent psychiatrist Carl G. Jung in his book ''Psychological Types''. Jung proposed a psychological typology based on the theories of cognitive functions that he developed through his clinical observations. From Jung's work, others developed psychological typologies. Jungian personality assessments include the MBTI assessment, developed by Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine Cook Briggs, and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, developed by David Keirsey. Keirsey referred to ENFJs as Teachers, one of the four types belonging to the temperament he called the Idealists.〔(Temperament )〕 ENFJs account for about 2–5% of the population.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Keirsey.com Portrait of the Teacher )〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=CAPT )〕 == The MBTI instrument == *E – Extraversion preferred to introversion: ENFJs often feel motivated by their interaction with people. They tend to enjoy a wide circle of acquaintances, and they ''gain'' energy in social situations. They tend to turn to external sources when making decisions, and want approval from others. (whereas introverts expend energy).〔(【引用サイトリンク】website=A Little Bit of Personality )〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Changing Minds: Extraversion vs. Introversion )〕 *N – Intuition preferred to sensing: ENFJs tend to be more abstract than concrete. They focus their attention on the big picture rather than the details, and on future possibilities rather than immediate realities.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Changing Minds: Sensing vs. Intuiting )〕 *F – Feeling preferred to thinking: ENFJs tend to value personal considerations above objective criteria. When making decisions, they often give more weight to social implications than to logic.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Changing Minds: Thinking vs. Feeling )〕 *J – Judgment preferred to perception: ENFJs tend to plan their activities and make decisions early. They derive a sense of control through predictability.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Changing Minds: Judging vs. Perceiving )〕 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「ENFJ」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
