ESFP (Extrovert, Sensing, Feeling, Perception) is an abbreviation used in the publications of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to refer to one of the sixteen personality types.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Myers-Briggs Foundation: The 16 MBTI Types )〕 The MBTI assessment was developed from the work of prominent psychiatrist Carl G. Jung in his book ''Psychological Types''. Jung proposed a psychological typology based on the theories of cognitive functions that he developed through his clinical observations. From Jung's work, others developed psychological typologies. Jungian personality assessments include the MBTI instrument, developed by Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine Cook Briggs, and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS), developed by David Keirsey. Keirsey referred to ESFPs as Performers, one of the four types belonging to the temperament he called the Artisan. ESFPs account for about 4–10% of the population.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Keirsey.com Portrait of the Performer )〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=CAPT )〕 == The MBTI instrument == *E – Extraversion preferred to introversion: ESFPs often feel motivated by their interaction with people. They tend to enjoy a wide circle of acquaintances, and they ''gain'' energy in social situations (whereas introverts expend energy).〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Changing Minds: Extraversion vs. Introversion )〕 *S – Sensing preferred to intuition: ESFPs tend to be more concrete than abstract. They focus their attention on the details rather than the big picture, and on immediate realities rather than future possibilities .〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Changing Minds: Sensing vs. Intuiting )〕 *F – Feeling preferred to thinking: ESFPs tend to value personal considerations above objective criteria. When making decisions, they often give more weight to social implications than to logic.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Changing Minds: Thinking vs. Feeling )〕 *P – Perception preferred to judgment: ESFPs tend to withhold judgment and delay important decisions, preferring to "keep their options open" should circumstances change.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Changing Minds: Judging vs. Perceiving )〕 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「ESFP」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
