''Elipsos Internacional S.A.'' was a Spanish company which was set up in 2001 by Spanish RENFE and French SNCF with a 50% share each. In France the train is was pulled by an SNCF locomotive, and in Spain by a RENFE one. The ''Francisco de Goya'' departed Paris every night except Saturday at 19:45 during the summer months and less frequently during the winter. As of September 2013 it only ran from Madrid only on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, with the return services from Paris on Fridays, Sundays, and Mondays. The Joan Miró'' departed Paris every night at 20:34 and arrived Barcelona at 08:24. In all these trains customers could take dinner and breakfast in the dining car.
