Flesland
Flesland is a village in Bergen municipality, Norway. As of January 1, 2008, its population is 335. It is the site of Bergen Airport, Flesland and Flesland Air Station. ==The name== The village is named after the old farm Flesland, and the Norse form of the name was probably ''Flesjaland''. The first element is the genitive plural of ''fles'' f 'skerry, sunken rock', the last element is ''land'' n 'land, farm'.
