Fobello is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Vercelli in the Italian region Piedmont, located about northeast of Turin and about northwest of Vercelli. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 246 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 Fobello borders the following municipalities: Bannio Anzino, Carcoforo, Cervatto, Cravagliana, Rimasco, Rimella, and Rossa.
