Frassine is a village in Tuscany, central Italy, administratively a frazione of the comune of Monterotondo Marittimo, province of Grosseto, in the area of Colline Metallifere. At the time of the 2001 census its population amounted to 26.〔 (Popolazione residente - Grosseto (dettaglio loc. abitate) - Censimento 2001 ), Istat.〕 Frassine is about 68 km from Grosseto and 10 km from Monterotondo Marittimo, and it is situated along the Provincial Road which links Monterotondo with Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima.
