friendlyway is a limited company which develops and markets self-service interactive kiosks, and electronic screen advertising. The company, headquartered in Unterföhring, near Munich, markets products through business partners in Germany, Europe, South and Central America and in the US. As of 2009, the company is represented directly or through business partners in more than 60 countries. The standard product scope includes screen hardware with and without touch screen, software for monitoring, updating and controlling screen advertising as well as services for the operation of interactive self-service applications and digital advertising screens. The name ''friendlyway'' is a combination of user-''friendly'' and ''way''. User friendliness of kiosk systems is a prerequisite critical to the success for user acceptance. ==History== friendlyway AG was established in August 1998 by Klaus Trox and Andreas Stütz in Munich.
