:''Gamju or dansul can also refer to the non-alcoholic Korean drink, sikhye''. ''Gamju'' or ''dansul'' is a traditional Korean alcoholic beverage, made from rice fermented with yeast-cake. Because its fermentation is incomplete, its alcohol content is relatively low. It is made from steamed rice, to which water and yeast-cake are added. It is then fermented for several hours in a rice cooker at 60 °C and served. It is normally served in a kettle, and poured into bowls. Gamju is not dissimilar from milk in appearance and taste, but it has a tangy aftertaste. ==References== * *(''Gamju'' photo ) 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Gamju」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
