GeorgeFest's modest beginnings can be traced back to this building which still stands today as the oldest remaining hotel in the area. In 1902 construction began to enlarge the hotel. On February 22nd, 1902 while the hotel was under construction, the residents of Eustis held a holiday in honor of Washington and in celebration of Florida's early heritage. This one day festival was held for years on February 22nd, George Washington's birthday. The festivites later were spread out over several weeks before just recently being moved to the last weekend of February.〔()〕 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「GeorgeFest」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
