Gidle is a village in Radomsko County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Gidle. It lies approximately south of Radomsko and south of the regional capital Łódź.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 In 2007 the village had a population of 1,540. Previous names: Gidzielice, Gidżle. Site of a Dominican monastery with a chapel of the miraculous figure of Our Lady. The sanctuary is a destination of religious pilgrimages from all over Poland.
