Giloh Giloh was a city in Judah.〔Peter J. He therefore induced Absalom to commit an unpardonable crime (II Sam. xvi. 21)..."〕 The biblical town has been identified with Beit Jala. Ahitophel, one of King David's chief advisors was from Giloh (Josh. 15:51;cf 2 Sam. 15:12). Ahitophel was the grandfather of Bathsheba, "a daughter of "Eliam", one of David's "thirty" (2 Sam. 23:34; cf 1 Chr. 3:5). ==References==
