Greedonomics : ウィキペディア英語版 | Greedonomics
Greedonomics is a portmanteau word that refers to a form of economics based on personal enrichment without effective moral or legal constraints. It is generally used as a derogatory term for Neoliberalism The term was originally coined in 2005 in a fictional book〔''Boloney the Warrior'', Anthony Burns, AuthorHouse, October 10, 2005, ISBN 1-4208-7052-1〕 by Anthony Burns. After this, the term Greedonomics was increasingly visible on internet searches, somewhat changing its meaning on the way. In effect, Greedonomics is now analogous with Neoliberalism. In a 2013 essay,〔''Greedonomics'', Sanjay Chauhan, Jan 2013, http://www.bcasonline.org/articles/artin.asp?1079〕 author Sanjay Chauhan claims that greed is not innately negative, but that businesses motivated primarily by greed often abuse the societies in which they operate. Blogs〔''Greenspan’s Fraud– How Two Decades of His Policies Have Undermined the Global Economy'', February 26, 2011, http://coreysviews.wordpress.com/2011/02/26/〕 and opinion pieces〔''GREEDONOMICS 2.0'', September 22, 2009, http://dailytrojan.com/2009/09/22/greedonomics-2-0/〕〔''Teachers Not Guilty of 'Greedonomics''', Harry J. Andersen, September 22, 2009, http://www.antonnews.com/portwashingtonnews/2005/12/16/opinion/andersen.html〕 have blamed Greedonomics for the successive economic crashes that have afflicted the world’s economy since modern economic deregulation began in the 1980s. ==References==
