Grignasco is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about northeast of Turin and about northwest of Novara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,803 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Grignasco contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Ara, Bertolotto, Bovagliano, Ca' Marietta, Carola, Garodino, Pianaccia, Torchio, Sagliaschi, and Isella.
