Guaguancó ((:ɡwaɣwaŋˈko)) is a subgenre of Cuban rumba, combining percussion, voices, and dance. There are two main styles: Havana and Matanzas. ==Percussion== * battery of three conga drummers: the ''tumba'' (lowest), ''tres dos'' (middle, playing a counter-clave), and ''quinto'' (highest, and lead drum).
