Hakuji
Hakuji is Japanese white porcelain originally made from a superior white-stoned clay thought to be discovered in the early 17th century at Izumiyama (Izumi Mountain, Arita) by Korean potter Ri Sampei (Yi Sam Pyong). It is always plain white without colored patterns and is often seen as bowls, tea pots, cups and other Japanese tableware.
