Hostětín is a village and municipality (''obec'') in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 236 (as at 3 July 2006). Hostětín lies approximately east of Uherské Hradiště, south-east of Zlín, and south-east of Prague. The village is known for its ecological activities. Since 1995, the village and other organizations have realized several projects, among them apple juice factory, passive house and solar panels. Because of this, on the 22 March 2010 Charles, Prince of Wales has visited this village.
