HotDocs is a document automation (also known as document generation or document assembly) software company currently owned by HotDocs Limited. Version 1.0 was introduced in 1993. ==Description== HotDocs is an integrated stack of technologies that enables the transformation of word-processing documents and graphical (PDF) forms into document-generation templates and the deployment of these dynamic templates in any environment, including desktop, on-premises, and cloud. Document modeling in HotDocs can range from simple variable insertion to the formation and insertion of complex, computed variables. Business logic consisting of IF/THEN statements and REPEAT loops can be built into the template to control the inclusion or exclusion of language blocks. HotDocs includes a variety of other scripting instructions and sets of pre-packaged functions. HotDocs also enables system architects to create custom functions. In use, a HotDocs template queries the user for all the information necessary to generate a document (or set of documents) and saves the information in an answer file. The application then uses the saved information to assemble a custom version of the document, inserting and formatting variable information, inserting the right clauses based on transactional conditions, and inserting correct pronouns and verbs. The HotDocs technology stack includes a logic core, a set of development tools, platforms for deploying intelligent templates in any environment, and a wide range of user-layer technologies (web applications for consuming HotDocs templates). 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「HotDocs」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
