Hungrvaka ''Hungrvaka'' ("Hunger-waker") is a brief history of the Roman Catholic Church in Iceland written at the beginning of the 13th century.
The title of this book is interesting. The author called this book "Hungrvaka" because he thought many unlearned and unwise men would know more about the life of those great men. So, "Hungrvaka" means it will awaken one's hunger for knowledge. ==Footnotes==
