Ilsensine
In the ''Dungeons & Dragons'' fantasy roleplaying game, Ilsensine is the patron deity of illithids (also known as mind flayers). While not the creator of illithids, Ilsensine sees mind flayers as the entities most worthy of dominating the universe.
