INBOXTV was an early online entertainment company in San Francisco, California. During the company's existence, from 1988 to 2002, it created several online shows including ''The At Work Show with Jane Betterman'' (a weekly animated talk show parody in sub-sixty second episodettes), ''We Watched That?!?'' (a collection of old television commercials), ''New Yorker Cartoons Animated'' (licensed from The Cartoon Bank).
The company began in what was a fainting room in a San Francisco Victorian on Guerrero Street in the Mission District. After raising capital from Robertson Stephens, WSGR, and the Nichimen Corporation of Japan (now Sojitz), the company moved into office space on Division Street in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood.
Company executives were Barak Kassar, founder and CEO, formerly of Wink Communications, Jim Spare, COO, formerly of General Instrument (now Motorola) and WebTV (now Microsoft), Alan Teague, CTO, formerly of Kinecta, Susan Evans, formerly of Publicis, Sandy Frank, four-time Emmy winning writer for David Letterman and (Myers ), a CLIO winning animator
