Interleukin-36 : ウィキペディア英語版 | Interleukin-36 Interleukin-36 also known as IL-36 is a cytokine that predominantly acts on naive CD4+ T cells via the IL-36 receptor. It is known to activate NF-κB and mitogen-activated protein kinases to play a role in skin pathology. It has also been found to activate T cell proliferation and release of IL-2. In humans, there are three distinct genes, IL36A, IL36B, and IL36G. == References ==
